These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Birdie Club AI ("the Service"), a golf club management platform operated by Agenticrew AI ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Authentication is provided through our identity provider (Clerk). You agree to provide accurate profile information and keep it up to date.
Birdie Club AI helps golfers and club organizers:
We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time. The Service is provided on an ongoing basis and may be updated without prior notice.
The Service includes AI-powered features such as swing analysis, scorecard parsing from uploaded photos, and golfer avatar generation. Images you upload may be processed by Google's Gemini API on our servers to produce results.
AI outputs are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute professional golf instruction, medical advice, or guaranteed accurate score transcription. You are responsible for verifying any parsed scores or analysis before relying on them.
You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, profile information, event details, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process it solely to operate and improve the Service.

If you create or administer a club, you are responsible for your club's events, member communications, and compliance with applicable laws. We are not a party to arrangements between club organizers and members.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Agenticrew AI or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by law. "Birdie Club AI" and related marks are used to identify our product.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENTICREW AI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and intellectual property) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
